it is all about science for this course.
and career wise, i think it all depends on the market in the near future.
biomed is all about research and development. and there's also the med tech option. if you love working in labs, different labs that is( heamato, prarmaco,clinical,microbio etc), the practical part is fun yeah, really.
all in all, if science is your kinda thing, welcome to the world of biomedical science. and my school offers the cardiac option, but im not sure if other schools/private institutes offers it too.
